From the minute you walk into the salon, to the minute you leave everyone is so friendly and welcoming. George is a fantastic hairdresser, he really listens and does whatever I ask him to do, and he will always advise on what he thinks will work with my hair. If I want my hair shorter he will cut it to how I ask him to, but will tweak it for my hair, and if I want to keep my length then he will work with it and give me an amazing haircut. For that hour you’re with him he makes you feel like you’re the only client in the salon, I never feel like I’m being rushed out even if he runs slightly over, he likes to make sure everything is perfect. I’ll see you soon for a fringe trim George!

Highly recommend Kenny who is extremely talented and did an amazing job at my hair cut. He provided advice at what would suit me best when I asked. I was unsure if layers would suit me and I’m glad I listened to his professional opinion! He also fixed my fringe last time which I was super happy with hence why I’ve returned to the salon

Super friendly staff throughout! Complimentary drinks offered. Enjoy the massage during shampoo/conditioning. Kenny is amazing, welcoming and gentle. He always does an unbelievable job on my hair! I am so grateful! Love it so much I sent my partner in and he came out glowing he was so happy with his hair! Very professional x

This is an amazing hair salon and I’ve come here multiple times for a cut and style. I get a fairly low key haircut that is mostly a trim and then get my hair curled. I always love how my hair looks after a session and the stylists are so friendly and attentive here. They’re very professional and conduct themselves well. I’m also impressed by how put together everyone looks. One of the highlights was the lovely scalp massage that the stylist does when they’re washing my hair - it feels really nice. I also loved how pretty and confident I feel afterwards, it’s just a very nice experience overall. I also have thick curly and frizzy hair and I’ve had people be very rough with it before when cutting and styling it. This has never been an issue at Toni & Guy which is a huge relief! They also gave me some great advice for taking care of my hair and recommended shampoo (not just their own brand but also general types of shampoo to try) and this helped my hair immensely!

I have recently moved which meant I had to change the salon and stylist I used to go to. Having had such a good relationship with my previous stylist and a less than satisfactory 1st attempt to find a new one, I was feeling pretty anxious. However Marc quickly put me at ease, listened to me and he made some recommendations so I was confident by the end of the consultation that I was in a safe pair of hands.
